Comment: Found the food to be average and the coffee came in very small cups. Two mouthfuls and it was gone. Staff were good and the service was fine.

Comment: Went to Big Sur for breakfast with my partner. Expectations were not only met but massively surpassed. Big Sur has a really nice calm and chilled atmosphere about it that was absolutely perfect. I got the poached eggs and she got the crepes. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was fantastic. We ended up sharing both meals as we loved them both! Highly recommended and we will without a doubt be back again.

Comment: Love the coffee , have never had a bad cup yet , scones are flavorsome and the pies are delicious, staff are friendly and welcoming everytime we visit . We happily travel just that little bit further for the quality . Would highly recommend to anyone

Comment: Been here a few times and never been disappointed, the food and service is always great. It would be nice to see some new or rotating vegan items on the menu because once you’ve eaten them all you kind of want to look elsewhere to eat something new.

Review for the restaurant: I used to work on Queen st and this was my favourite place to go for lunch. Workers are lovely, one time they let me use their bathroom. Good food and reasonably priced!

Review for the restaurant: Everytime I get D19. thick noodle vegetarian the broth is so good. The tofu slices have cured me of all illness. For $14 this is one of the best meals in Auckland CBD.

Review for the restaurant: Lovely restaurant. Cute cats surround the old Monestry, with lovely art filling the halls. Great service, the meals were a little bit underwhelming but the desserts were great. Loved the chocolate bar. Oh and the fish was good too.
