Comment: Precious experience with this store have been ok but Customer Service by the old lady that works there is shocking. I wanted to go in one day to purchase some food but as I got closer I could hear her lecturing an employee, the poor girl looked flustered and already stressed without her giving her more grief about minor things. I have been in the store before and the lovely young lady who works there is nothing but nice always smiling and ready to help her customers but this old lady is the complete opposite. I rarely go back now because of the old lady and I feel for the young lady who works there (and anyone else who works with them for that matter). She (and all your workers) deserve to be treated way better.

Review for the restaurant: Lovely restaurant. Cute cats surround the old Monestry, with lovely art filling the halls. Great service, the meals were a little bit underwhelming but the desserts were great. Loved the chocolate bar. Oh and the fish was good too.
