Comment: The duty manager tonight (8/6/2021) was good she realised it was a mistake on their end about our dietary requirements. She replaced the order and was even delivered to our place. We dont live far from the branch but it was a great gesture leading to customer satisfaction. Thanks sorry didnt get the name of the lady manager. Thanks again..

Comment: We order pizza from this branch at least once a month, the only issue we have noticed is the inconsistency of the pizzas make and quality time to time. It seems like the quality check that they claim is more of a marketing game rather than a proper quality control system! Specially in value range pizzas quality keeps dropping! Do something about it or lose customers!

Comment: Firstly, we were so excited to use Domino's car park delivery today but after waiting 10 minutes outside after checking in, my husband had to go inside to pick up the order. Upon asking the guy at counter, he said our machines are not working and we didn't know. However, our receipt clearly said that it is prepaid and car park delivery order. Anyways, the story doesnt end here. We ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas for us (veg trio) and found a ham piece in one of them. So disappointing. We immideately went back to store and returned the pizza in anguish. We are never going back to Dominos again. Such a poor service.

Comment: Whilst I would like to give this place at least 3 stars as they are my local. They continously and without fail get my orders wrong. Not very detail oriented when it comes to orders. To top this is usually a battle to convince them that they have changed the order.

Comment: After collecting the "Vegan Godfather" pizza from Domino's Mt Eden tonight we discovered meat all over the pizza.
This is the second disappointing experience we have had at this branch. The first time we ordered pizza from here, we checked the pizzas on pickup and discovered the main topping on one was missing. The manager insisted that they had made the pizza exactly as I had ordered it, so I showed him the order confirmation on my phone so he could see they hadn't fulfilled the order properly. He snatched my phone out of my hand to get a closer look, without asking and without warning. My partner and I were shocked and we asked a number of times for him to give my phone back. Atrocious behaviour, but we thought we would give them another chance.
