Comment: The lady took my money for payment, then accused me of not paying, so made us wait 15mins + to check the camera, then saw I had given her the money and then accused me for being in the wrong for 'giving her the money while being on the phone' which "distracted her" . She wasn't even on the phone, so had lied twice to me, and even if she was she should not have be on the phone while serving a customer in store. She still never gave me an apology and continued to say it was my fault. Never actually ordered the pizza since we waited so long for her to prove she was in the wrong so just got the money back.
It was also the same lady who A Chuck said was on a personal call for 2mins

Comment: Went there to pick up Pizza, Sat 23 Jan, 1.30 pm, nobody in the shop, waiting for 10 mins to find out the only staff (indian girl I think) is in staff room texting or whatever. Really bad experience.
Pay attention to your customer please.

Comment: Food is up to do is is standard. The problem is their is a lady that works there, who has been on a personal call on two of my visits, the first time was while preparing food and the second time, she ignored me and the gentleman in front. So much so, the other guy served us as she disappeared to the back to continue her phone call, it’s unhygienic and bad customer service. The picture presented was the first time, that I had forgotten about until this visit when She was on the phone again

Comment: The worst place to order food from in NZ. If you want the wrong order, consistently not delivered on time and love a sprinkle of bad service then this is the place to go. Why I decided to give them a third chance is really my fault, but Shame on you.

If you were putting fuel in you car, would you put low energy expensive fuel in it? No, of course not, so don't do it to your body, maximise your calories per dollar with a $5 large pizza so that you can go further for less, and the Shortland St outlet is as good as any for your vital power up
