Comment: Decilious, fresh food, that is not overpowered with spices, but you can avtually taste what you are eating and the various flavours. The place is clean and service lovely. We had dumplings and shredded lamb and both were really good! Will be back for sure. Thanks Jun :)

Comment: Food:(5/5) We had the mild spicy grilled whole fish which was literally the best that I’ve ever had! Fish was deep fried so the skin was so flavourful and a bit crispy and the meat was so tender inside. We also ordered some extra veggies and meat to put into the pot which were so delicious with the fish soup. The cold dish was also very tasty. Service:(5/5) Family owned little restaurant, cosy and accommodating. The lady owner was super friendly. Highly recommended this little gem for grilled fish!

Comment: Food was superb. Menu is based around a fish hot pot - you choose which based on how tasty (aka hot) you can handle. Wide range of top up / side dishes are excellently yummy and also extremely good value. Very popular place with locals packing the place already. We'll definitely dine here regularly.

Review for the restaurant: I used to work on Queen st and this was my favourite place to go for lunch. Workers are lovely, one time they let me use their bathroom. Good food and reasonably priced!

Review for the restaurant: Everytime I get D19. thick noodle vegetarian the broth is so good. The tofu slices have cured me of all illness. For $14 this is one of the best meals in Auckland CBD.

Review for the restaurant: Lovely restaurant. Cute cats surround the old Monestry, with lovely art filling the halls. Great service, the meals were a little bit underwhelming but the desserts were great. Loved the chocolate bar. Oh and the fish was good too.
