Comment: Stopped in for a treat when in the area. Its barely changed since I worked in Parnell 10 years ago. Ice cream was great as always, not a huge range like some other ice cream brands, but enough. The premises could do with an upgrade to improve the dine in experience, its a pokey and dark place.

Comment: I grew up going here and always expecting the best of the best. Top service, best ice cream etc. Saturday night, we were not welcomed at all, no greeting. The sales lady was awful, had headphones in while serving customers, did not smile and acted as if it was a chore for her to do her job. She scooped pathetically sized ice cream scoops, you expect more for the prices Movenpick charges. Movenpick is supposed to be a luxury experience and product. This was terrible, never going to the parnell branch again and I urge you not to.

Comment: Very slow service around 1030pm The queue Line was to outside shop and only one staff doing everything (can consider him hero) The dude was doing his best to service and make everyone happy but in those cases the management should put two staff to assit each others not to keep the whole shop under one staff and during weekends nights !!!! Thanks to the guy and blaming the management

Comment: Lovely ice creams. Waffles were awful and was not impressed at the price nearly $14 for one ice cream. That's why they are quiet.

Review for the restaurant: I used to work on Queen st and this was my favourite place to go for lunch. Workers are lovely, one time they let me use their bathroom. Good food and reasonably priced!

Review for the restaurant: Everytime I get D19. thick noodle vegetarian the broth is so good. The tofu slices have cured me of all illness. For $14 this is one of the best meals in Auckland CBD.

Review for the restaurant: Lovely restaurant. Cute cats surround the old Monestry, with lovely art filling the halls. Great service, the meals were a little bit underwhelming but the desserts were great. Loved the chocolate bar. Oh and the fish was good too.
