Comment: Have been there a few times. Good location, friendly atmosphere, comfortable seating. Helpful and attentive staff. Food quality very good. Beef on Perilla leaf and the fried fish are my favourites. Even the fishbones can be chewed and are delicious! Papaya salad is not to my taste.

Comment: Fresh review. I am sitting at the restaurant right now while writing this review.
Food worth that 1 star, so I gave it with 1 start.
I would say that their customer service is treating people if it is conditional.
We have been here for the first time, and the staff did not offer any introduction. But the funny thing is that the table next to us, they have been here before, but the male staff still gave some briefs about the menu. That is still ACCESSIBLE.
However, we had a dish which was a whole fish on the plate. And the people next to us seemed very interested into this dish. And the male staff used his finger pointing the dish on our table to introduce the dish to other customers. And he was not even saying any sorry to us while we were having the food. He was talking towards our food as well, and we felt very unrespected!!!!! But he never said anything after this.
Hope everyone could enjoy this kind of customer service with the average food quality.

Comment: The food itself would have gotten 5 stars but the service is top notch. Very throughful and efficient service. Food comes out piping hot even when the restaurant was incredibly busy. Alex is probably the best bartender in Ponsonby. I would give this place 7 stars if I could.

Comment: Real Thai Food. Tasty!
I wasn’t really sure what I was in for. I saw good reviews and came in not knowing this was a Thai restaurant.
But that soon caught up quickly. Flavours are refreshing, but anything with sauce is thick and strong. So be prepared for strong rich flavours which can be overwhelming if you order many strong flavour dishes.

Comment: This place was a good find. The food is asian fusion and we really enjoyed the dishes. The duck larb was yum and weirdly the eggplant and tofu was delicious. We also had the whole snapper with leaves. The food service was quick. The drinks on the other hand took really long for some reason. They tasted great when they arrived. Would definitely go back.

Comment: Going out to eat, the minimum requirement is that the food is as good as you can make at home. Saan has food I've never made at home! Really interesting and extremely well prepared. Not to mention delicious. Service is friendly, informed and not in your face. Very professional. Highly recommend.
