Comment: Great venue. Wonderful to see that the Johnston bench is in full use. Weary walkers up Crown hill can rest on the seat donated to the locals of Milford in 1926.Now with added benefit of a free beer for anyone who asks

Comment: What a superb venue and team. Myself and my partner had a fabulous dining and wining experience here recently and look forward to returning. We wanted to try everything so we did our best and nothing disappointed, the food was exceptional. Matthew was such a great host and extremely accommodating. We asked for wine pairings with our meals and he hand picked a great selection of wines that complemented the food so well. A big thank you to the whole team for such a great experience, the hospitality did not go unnoticed.

Comment: Food was tasty with a bit of flair. The service was attentive and just right wait times between courses while the waiter took time to explain the menu and recommend. Ambience was relaxed and stylish. Haven't been to a decent North Shore bistro in years until now. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Comment: Thoroughly enjoyed our experience of this awesome wine bar & bistro on this Friday night. The decor was cool & classy. The menu was deliciously interesting & our meals were perfect. Although only ordering a glass of wine, it was poured at the table which was a nice touch.The waitstaff were friendly & very professional. Thanks so much. Can't wait to go again. Highly recommend.

Review for the restaurant: If I were writing about their bread, five stars would be appropriate, and that's why their present Hot Cross buns are a huge disappointment...bland, ridiculously mean -fruited..woefully underspiced and over priced.So bad that we binned them. They look plump, glazed and attractive, but by any reckoning, they're awful.

Review for the restaurant: I used to work on Queen st and this was my favourite place to go for lunch. Workers are lovely, one time they let me use their bathroom. Good food and reasonably priced!

Review for the restaurant: Everytime I get D19. thick noodle vegetarian the broth is so good. The tofu slices have cured me of all illness. For $14 this is one of the best meals in Auckland CBD.
