Comment: Love it. When I arrived at the establishment, there is a queue but not that long. The staff approached and explained how long I am going to wait. Their prices are very reasonable given to the fact that the good is great. The staffs are great. I enjoyed eating different types of sushi while watching the staff making it in front of me. I like the ramen also. I'm gonna recommend Sushi Train for sure to my friends and relatives.

Comment: Wonderful food and services every time. I like to bring my kids there. Sometimes you will need ring to make a reservation. Also sometimes you will have to wait for the dishes you are after. I waited for 30 mins for dumplings. The parking is a nightmare!

Comment: Food was good but drinking water was not clean. There was something floating in the water. I noticed it after drinking it! They changed the glass after I informed them.

Comment: Pleasant experience eating at this place. Staff were great and food tastes pretty nice. Arrived pretty later there so items on the train thing wasn't as varied, but you can always order directly and the experience was very good.

Comment: Food and variety is great but the service is a bit lacking. Had to go and get the servers attention a few times to get some drinks. Such a novelty for the kids, they love it.

Comment: Delicious and polite staff. We are a Young Maori whanau of 2 adults and 3 little ones, and to have a little padded section for the kids to do art & colour while us parents get to finish eating was lovely. Fair pricing and great quality of food. Would eat there again in a heartbeat ?

Review for the restaurant: I used to work on Queen st and this was my favourite place to go for lunch. Workers are lovely, one time they let me use their bathroom. Good food and reasonably priced!

Review for the restaurant: Everytime I get D19. thick noodle vegetarian the broth is so good. The tofu slices have cured me of all illness. For $14 this is one of the best meals in Auckland CBD.

Review for the restaurant: Lovely restaurant. Cute cats surround the old Monestry, with lovely art filling the halls. Great service, the meals were a little bit underwhelming but the desserts were great. Loved the chocolate bar. Oh and the fish was good too.
