Comment: Wow. There is no other way to describe this amazing bakery. We came here for breakfast and got the fish sandwich and lemon chicken sandwich. It was so good we came back for lunch and got mince and cheese pies and a cream donut. Incredible. The best coffee I have had while staying in auckland too. Looking forward to seeing you expand to other cities, including Dunedin ?

Comment: I don’t generally like to complain but I had to share my experience with you and your customers and potential customers. I bought a cheese and steak pie. Worst ever. Pastry was hard, meat was tough, very bland and tasted strongly of mixed herbs, very little cheese and $7, which is very expensive, for even a good pie. Very disappointing for such a charming clean bakery.

Comment: Been visiting this place for years and used to love it but the quality has decreased over time while the prices stay high. The last few orders were disappointing, with the pies tasting entirely different to usual, very salty(?) can't quite pinpoint, and the fruit pastries not tasting like anything but pastry. The only consistent thing is donuts. But it's no wonder people say veganism is classist when you can go to another bakery and buy a $1.50 donut, meanwhile here it's $6 for the same. With all respect and much sadness, I will not be visiting Tart again.

Comment: Such a pleasure to go somewhere exclusively vegan! I tried the raspberry donut - super deliciously yum. There was way more filling but I had already squeezed some out before I took the photo. To the lovely human serving - you need to hide one of this flavour so you can finally try it! I'll be back to test out the caramel flavour :)

Comment: Love their chicken sandwich (vegan). Taste and texture is legit chicken-ey. Fresh salad and sauce/aioli ??. A slightly bigger patty would make it even more awesome. Worth a try if you like imitation meat.

Review for the restaurant: Everytime I get D19. thick noodle vegetarian the broth is so good. The tofu slices have cured me of all illness. For $14 this is one of the best meals in Auckland CBD.

Review for the restaurant: Lovely restaurant. Cute cats surround the old Monestry, with lovely art filling the halls. Great service, the meals were a little bit underwhelming but the desserts were great. Loved the chocolate bar. Oh and the fish was good too.
