Comment: Called in to grab 2 takeaway coffee's. Although there was a few tables seated it was by no means busy. We waited over 20 minutes which would have been acceptable if the coffee was good, but unfortunately the drinks were disappointing. Slightly overpriced in comparison to others in the area but on a plus the waitress was friendly and smiley.

Comment: The room you walk into is the cutest, before you're absolutely rolled by the stunning courtyard ?
Had probably the best sandwich I've had in Auckland at the same time so really can't complain!
Will have to make the trip up here again more often ?

Comment: I love this spot. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly staff with all the classics on the menu along with some other interesting options for those of you tired of the cafe basics.
These guys make a superb Eggs Benny served on crispy homemade hash. I think they may even smoke their own bacon!
Added bonus is the hidden outdoor courtyard that you would never guess is there.
I’ll be coming back with the girlfriends for sure.

Comment: We were at the cafe for lunch. The owner who served us was a very nice host and made sure we were well looked after. The food was lovely, nicely presented and yummy. The mushroom on toast was creamy with a very subtle hint of cumin. The coffee wasn’t mine so no comment other than would you look at that froth!

Comment: Phenomenal spot. Great courtyard out the back, perfect for a sunny day. Staff are awesome, really friendly and give great service and just generally make you feel right at home. Genuinely the best breakfast I've ever had, the french toast was incredible, and definitely looking forward to trying everything else on the menu. Big portions, especially for the price. Would usually expect to pay a lot more for the quality and size of the meals, especially in Ponsonby. If you haven't been here already, you're definitely missing out and need to reassess your life choices.

Comment: Happy I found this place when we were wandering through Ponsonby, friendly as greeting and seated out the back in the peaceful courtyard straight off the bat. Had the French toast which was delicious and only found out afterwards it was vegan, would not have guessed any ingredient had been changed with this classic dish! Delicious food and chill atmosphere ?will be back next time I’m in the area

Comment: Under new ownership and they've done a brilliant job to keep going during these uncertain times. Had a lovely breakfast, although would have been nice when asked if I wanted extra spinach that it would cost more. Being unemployed due to C-19, I'm watching my pennies. ?
